Welcome to my blog about Brooklyn and New York City. My name is Vinny as you have probably already figured out. I am from New York City and I spend all my time in Brooklyn. I wanted to make a website about what Brooklyn has to offer to tourist and towards people in the borough that have no clue what is going on in their city or neighborhood.

I am always tired of explaining where I am from to people that ask me while I am on vacation. My answer is New York, then the city when they ask. Then they want details so I tell them Brooklyn since everyone has heard of it. When it came to making the site and the blog I use Brooklyn even though I live in Queens. I am right on the borderline with Brooklyn and spend 90% of my day there.

The main site is designed towards stuff that you would like to do if you visit New York City. The blog is a day-by-day account of what i am doing or seeing. It is designed more for the locals.
